首先要赞一下酒店预订部，知道我带着10个月的婴儿，给我升级了房间，在打扫时也按要求没有喷空气清新剂。
酒店位置不能再好了，离人民广场很近，对面就是地铁站和来福士广场，吃饭购物非常方便。走不远就是南京路步行街，附近的各种名小吃也非常多。如果是待一个周末的话，基本不用打车就搞定了。设施虽然不算新，但很齐全，拖鞋特别舒服。客房服务非常好，门童中规中矩，前台人员态度不一，办理入住时的两个人态度较好，后来因为出门的时候发现雨伞坏了，问前台是否有备用伞，当时的前台正在给2个老外解答问题，对我的问题有点不耐烦。
瑕不掩瑜，总体来说是一次比较满意的入住，下次去上海还会住这里。
