服务很好，订的家庭房免费升级行政房，房间设施齐全，就是隔音效果不太好，早餐丰盛，位置很好，离外滩城隍庙都很近，步行就能到，下次还会再来

酒店整体不错很舒服，一进房间有股淡淡的芳香，让人觉得立刻就能放松下来。配套设施也很足，冰箱里的小零食都是可以吃的，然后早餐简直不能更赞！环境好，种类多，小朋友非常喜欢。然后我们因为办事进度，不得已要延迟退房，酒店也说完全没问题，很贴心的备注。所以，很推荐

早餐中西结合！品种多！还有一个小露台！可以在露台吃饭，景色特别美。离豫园地铁站步行5分钟！去哪都方便！离城隍庙也不是很远！晚上还有免费的夜宵！有米饭、切片面包、鸡蛋，反正就是能吃饱！服务人员也很好！外国人特别多！酒店旁边有两个酒吧！就是亲子房能不能把沙发床换一下！可以免费寄存行李！

前台的小哥哥小姐姐服务非常专业，很亲切??
客房有自己独特的风格，隔音很好，房间也很干净
早餐很棒，不输于一般的五星级酒店，尤其有个无敌风景露台，直接可以看到陆家嘴，当时看到就震惊了，而且晚上在露台喝酒真的色一，服务员很好，扎啤买一送一????
总之这个酒店很满意，下次不管我来上海还是我朋友来上海，我都会再次预订
