酒店服务太差，房间里没水了，到前台要了4瓶水，过了1个小时都没送到，催了好几次才送。因为带孩子去迪士尼游玩，特意之前打电话预订班车，工作人员说预订好后会发确认短信，结果我根本没有收到。因为前一天到上海太晚了，第二天怕孩子起不来，索性没有确认短信，干脆睡醒了再去，第二天早上询问工作人员怎么没有短信，人家来一句今天特殊情况，没有短信，我说那是不是应该打电话通知一下，结果工作人员直接赖我自己没赶上，我没打算坐那个班车，只是想问问怎么没短信，结果全赖我了，什么态度啊，就这酒店还五星级酒店，上海评估标准真低
