住的挺好的，我们是母女三人同行，酒店位置很方便，我母亲不能睡软床，酒店业及时换了硬板床，这点很满意。前台有棒棒糖可以自取，棒棒糖超级好吃。酒店工作人员也很贴心，都很满意。

一般很少点评，有很多感触，希望对接下来要去的人一点参考。
去之前看到很多评论说什么不干净之类的，我觉得作为老牌的五星，这个酒店这样的水平已经足够了，没觉得有什么接受不了的。很干净。尤其是床，不知道什么牌子的，一躺下就想睡觉，此次床品是我住过五星中最舒服的。
酒店位置比想象中还要方便，十号路线3号出口对面就是，说五十米都说多了，过了马路就是。门口左拐就是城隍庙和豫园，有很多很多好吃的，第一天去的时候没发现，最后一天去豫园才发现。从虹桥到酒店四十五分钟就足够了。
酒店入住前台都非常好，态度友善，自助也很不错。服务给了四星是因为后来处理担保金释放的时候售后服务很差，打电话过程中，感觉她在翻着白眼和我说话，有失五星的风范。
如果再去上海，我还是会选择这里。
