装修结束，出入更方便。前台主动给我升级房型，房间乾净宽敞，空调安静，床舒服，设施比之前新，只是wifi太慢需要升级。用了上海市优惠券，性价比超高

去年入住时不是很顺利，一度对华美达比较失望，但从地理位置，房间大小和价格上最终还是定了这里，带家人聚会跨年，今年很顺利，有求必应，响应速度很快。离店前碰到清洁阿姨，很客气地告知我们，布置过的房间没有提前报备会额外收费，我们要了扫帚簸箕，收拾完退房，喜欢这样的沟通方式，今年很满意，明年还来。

I’ve been staying at the Ramada Plaza Pudong for over 15 years, and it continues to offer a solid, above-average experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and they kindly upgraded us to the executive floor, which was a lovely gesture. While the hotel has seen better days, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the usual amenities you'd expect from a reputable chain. However, it’s worth noting that the pool and sauna were both closed during our visit, and I feel this should be clearly stated on the website, as it impacted our stay.
Despite some signs of aging, the hotel remains a reliable choice for those visiting the Pudong area. The location is convenient, and the overall service is top-notch. With a little attention to updating facilities and clear communication on amenities, it could easily return to its former glory. Overall, a good experience, but room for improvement.

该酒店位于上海浦东繁华地段，交通便利。邻近上海中欧国际工商学院，周边环境好，各种档次餐饮饭馆多。酒店内部设施较新，衞生条件好，智能抽水马桶清洁乾净。服务态度好。
