该酒店位置佳、设施佳、卫生佳！性价比也不错，就是服务不咋样！早上9点左右到达酒店，被告知：一律到下午2点后才能办入住！因为前晚的客人一般是中午12点退房，接着搞卫生，所以下午2点以后再来！我们请求他们能否有腾出来的房先解决一间，让刚下火车的我们一家老小先换换汗湿的脏衣服？结果前台人员拿出个写着“本店入住时间14:00以后……”给我们看就不再搭理啦！我们就硬硬地等到下午14:00后才办得入住！
次日早上去歺厅吃早点，被告知我们的订单不含早歺！找到前台去理论，也被告知不含早歺！我打开手机上艺龙网的订单信息给她们看，她们才翻查电脑资料后说是含早歺的，让我们再去歺厅。可是她们搞错了却连一句歉意的话都没有！！！

位置很好，出行方便。到迪士民、野生动物园、东方明珠、南京路外滩和城隍庙都很方便。酒店设备较旧但服务较热情，卫生较好。酒店一楼有餐厅，用餐很方便价格较公道。若今后赴沪还选择此酒店。
