最悪のでした。同程のサイトを見て、外灘 view king-size bedを選んだのに何故か別のタイプの部屋にジャンプされ(後にCity viewのホライズンフロアの部屋と判明)ていた。チェックイン時、いつの間にかcity viewを割り当てられ泣く泣くチェックインしたがその際にもホライズンフロアで有る旨の説明は無し。ラウンジも使わないまま翌朝二階の混雑したレストランでスタッフより聞かされ判明。急遽ホライズンフロアに移動し朝食を取った。しかも最悪なのは、同程のサイトにも予約の際にクラブフロアである事の何の表示も無い。更に予約時に払ったつもりの1泊分の宿泊料はあくまでも部屋を押さえるために同程に預託したものでありホテルには無関係、到着時に宿泊費とdepositとしてもう一白分を払うよう請求された。1泊宿泊する為に3泊分を用意せよということ。最悪の思い出。
