This stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, spotless and the bed was super comfy, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff Ines and Sans were incredibly welcoming and helpful, answering all our questions, even gave us the room upgrade to the 45th Premier Floor and the panoramic views were simply breathtaking, bustling traffic during the day and a dazzling cityscape at night. It makes us stayed the same room for one more day.

A perfect stay from check-in to check-out! We were thrilled with the lovely room upgrade with an amazing view to Shanghai from every windows. The entire staff deserves special recognition for their exceptional courtesy and kindness—they made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's services were excellent, and the location was ideal for our needs, being both convenient and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-quality hotel experience. 避雷！避雷！避雷！连住两天，回来才发现价值1k的SK2面霜被保洁挖走了一大块，头天早上用还好好的，当时放在洗漱台，然后就让搞房间衞生了，后来退了房回到家才发现被挖了这么大一块，真的是无语至极，还好出门没留什么贵重物品在那里。这么大个酒店怎么还能干出这种事情，再也不会住这里了，大家都当点心吧

昨天入住了上海海神诺富特酒店，特意订了酒店的三件套观景房，正对陆家嘴三件套，夜景很美。顶楼还带有旋转餐厅，吃早餐时视野特别开阔，陆家嘴，北外滩，杨浦大桥都能尽收眼底，风景确实无敌了。前台Kelly热情细心，还为孩子准备了小礼物。餐厅褚经理服务热情，非常有亲和力。非常不错的入住体验！

房间还算乾净，但是设施实在是太老了，电视机还是衞星电视，信号差到不行，空调还有异响，果断要求换了一个房间。房间外视角还是不错的。最吓人的还是电梯，风大声音响，住过那么多酒店从来没遇见过一家是这样的电梯。
