前台服务态度太差劲，爱搭不理给人一种最好别去打扰她的感受。办理入住期间房费都付好了因为前台搞错资料等了一个多小时，就这样拿着行李在大厅等，资料总算弄好了前台告诉你房间现在还没打扫！再好的脾气也要爆发了，等待的一个多少小时干嘛了！全部责任都在前台，她没有通知客房部！要求给我个大概时间要等多久，前台说就说三个字不知道！！！要不是因为付过钱立刻换酒店。就这样又等了三四十分钟前台完全不理你。还要你自己过去问打扫的情况！这种服务态度连小旅馆都比不上！烂透了！不会再住了。

以前来过一次开轰趴，很满意，就收藏了这个酒店。交通方便，地铁岚皋路下来不用出站直通酒店；周边便利设施充足，超市KTV餐厅应有竟有；前台服务很热情，笑脸相迎；房间内的错层小复式设计，别具一格；各种餐具设施都干净俱全。以上的种种优点就是我再次选择品尊的理由，希望可以一直保持下去！
