酒店地理位置非常好，属于闹中取静的地方，就在新世界的背后，地铁2号线人民广场站步行最多5分钟，去哪里都很方便，离南京路那是相当地近，南京路走到头就是外滩就，距离都不远。服务不错，酒店床很大，1.4m的床很舒适。就是上海出的新规，没有一次性牙刷提供，除非打电话酒店服务会送。总体来说非常不错，地理位置，酒店服务都非常棒。下次还会考虑入住。

酒店很干净，设施也很好，位置也很好，可能是过年的缘故吧，房间排不出来，但全程微笑服务，订了三个房间都要求双床，结果三个大床，16时到店，17时30分样子挤出了一个房间，晚饭后逛完外滩回来再拿了两个，酒店人也辛苦的，理解😊下次去应该还会去住

豪华房太小，房间里没有餐巾纸，还有以前住客留下的垃圾，早餐人多补餐速度极慢，服务跟不上，体验感太差
