预定时房费是2442.6元（含税），退房时刷的价格是2763.42元，事后才发现只能打电话问问到底是怎么回事，酒店电话转前台一天到晚没通过，留了联系方式一天下来也不回复，这就是星级酒店该有的态度？我看对待外国友人绝对不是这样的吧。住了这么多酒店第一次差评给你。
