服务超级好！本来以为每天要花120的网费！没想到行政房是免费的！餐饮也还不错！虽样式不多！但食材新鲜！一天四餐免费！还有衣服免洗！这钱花的太值了！总之想说的事！以后来上海不是首选是必选的酒店！

服务超级棒，知道我们带小孩，提前给孩子准备好了洗漱用品，还有退房的时候听我声音，觉得我不舒服，立马递上了水给我，顿时觉得心里暖暖的，去东方明珠塔走路不到10分钟，交通方便！

2月11生日，很开心在文华东方入住。发现一个小tips：原来不用一次性订几个晚上，分开订的话，可以每天收到新鲜水果和入住贺卡，哈哈。当然了，客房清洁服务，也是特别积极了，因为可能以为我只住一晚，白天有人敲门询问清洁服务是否需要。 准备把酒店服务夸个遍好吗？ 前台MM甜美的不行，客房服务，礼宾部，酒店bar的帅哥美女，大家都很棒。 谢谢！
