前台孙先生和张小姐服务好，效率高，介绍路线详细，酒店环境不错，靠近地铁站方便出行，步行15分钟到达南京路步行街，最喜欢空调吹出的柠檬草精油的香味，舒缓身心，升级了房间，浴缸大小适中，干净卫生，下次来上海继续入住这家酒店。
