这次入住真的很满意，酒店虽然有些年头了，但设施和衞生还是不错，服务热情，餐食也满意，退房时还送了袋当地果蔬，开心。

酒店好大呀，分好几栋楼。第一天晚上去行政酒廊就走了好久。酒店绿化非常好，基础设施都很完善，还有大大的草坪。白天在酒店里兜兜都能逛很久。嘉宾轩 happy hour还挺丰富的，能吃饱，早餐的小馄饨和豆花都不错。房间的阳台非常的赞，视野很好，还有大大的摇椅。走的时候还送了一兜蔬菜，説是附近的农民伯伯自己种的，好贴心。
如果一定要提意见的话，就是我订单里显示白天的嘉宾轩礼遇是从10点开始的，但是酒店里的告示贴出来从11点开始。所以説还是统一一下比较好。

Overall, it was fine.
What we enjoyed: breakfast was good, big variety of food. A nice playground for kids outside. Big grass lawn near the hotel to play frisbee or badminton (we brought it with us). The room is spacious, enough for 2 adults and a child. There is a bath tub and a shower cabin with all amenities.?
What we didn’t like: the room was not cleaned properly. The floor especially, the dust and long hair of previous guests were all there.
Room amenities are quite old and do not correspond with the hotel status. For example: hair drier is old and slow, scales don’t work at all, the swing strings on the balcony are torn off.?
During breakfast, we had to find a baby chair in the hall ourselves. The waiter was smiling friendly, but stood there and only watched how there is no free space on our table because of the empty plates. These are very simple (but important) things the staff has to be taught to make sure the guests are satisfied with the service.?
And by the way, prepare what you are going to eat in advance. There are limited options, especially if you are traveling with children.

The hotel is clean and has a nice service. They are quick to respond to your requests and make sure you have a comfortable stay. They also have good amenities. They have some ?? , ??, and mountain ?? in their playground which is fun for kids to look at. The hotel is pretty far from Shanghai, you need to take Didi which is quite expensive and there’s nothing much to do when you get to the island.

It's a legit pet-friendly hotel. Our Dog ?? have a wonder full experience and the swimming pool it's clean and the water is clear and properly maintain. We will definitely going back to Hyatt Renessance Chongming. Maybe next time make the breakfast a little more western like added some cheese

Great for families, but service was a little lacking. The F&B can be improved in the All Day Dining and the Executive Lounge was beneath standard to the brand. Nice gardens, bicycle rental and Xbox area complement the family activities. ?

酒店位置很好找…大桥下来基本就到了…酒店环境非常好…绿植环绕的感觉…房间又大又干净…并且每间房间都有阳台以及摇椅…遗憾的是明明我订房前打了电话问泳池有没有开…工作人员说开放的…但是到了酒店又被告知疫情之后一直没开放…导致小朋友很沮丧…酒店的早餐还是比较丰盛的…普遍该有的都有…酒店里还有自行车可以租借…50元一小时…骑马比较贵…半小时480…有专业教练指导…另外这边适合自驾游…周围没有吃饭的地方…需要自驾到陈桥镇才有吃饭的店…酒店内用餐价格偏贵…总体来说还是值得入住的…

酒店位子很好找下了桥开不久，有停车场免费有室外滑滑梯，有室内儿童室。游泳池目前还没开放酒店自有马场，可惜小朋友胆子小不敢骑，当天住酒店有两个惊喜，一是房间升级升为套房，二晚餐套餐变自助餐非常谢谢凯悦虽然只住一天但服务很好连清洁阿姨都很客气以后有机会我再来住
