酒店环境优雅清净，硬件总体不错。不过地理位置距离市区还是有段距离的。福州的交通相当拥堵，的士市场也极其不规范，所以从酒店出去办事要预留出一定的时间，避免误事。隔音效果不是太好，特别是中午午休相当受影响，晚上还好。房门的反锁功能貌似欠缺。酒店有个小健身房可以跑个步，挺不错。前台服务尚可，但离五星级酒店员工素质还是有一定距离。周边有几家粤菜川菜馆，或者搭个公交到2公里外的洪山镇有更多吃的选择。

再次入住，感觉依旧好，服务相当好，半夜2点被蚊子咬，打电话给前台，没有不耐烦、迅速的让保安给送了一个电蚊香来

环境挺好的，挺安静的，床也很大，单间太贵没关系，两张1.3米单床简单就可以拼成大床2.6米。就是车不能直接开大堂门口，还要走一小段楼梯
