跨年这家店体验如何随便社交平台刷一下就都知道了。一开始定了套餐没按照上面写的升级也就算了，这个妥善解决了，后面的问题包括但不限于：
1.房间洗手间反味，特别特别特别臭，呆不下去那种，在很冷的天气等着换房等到饭冷掉，烟花秀错过，给的房间不如之前的景色就算了，下水道还是有问题的，水堵住的，完全下不去还好暂时没把行李搬过去但是都理好了。
2.浴室的冷热水是有问题的，毫厘都不能差不然冷死，跨年洗了冷水澡。
3.洗完冷水澡出来吹风机是坏的出来的是冷风。换了以后才好，但是等换到吹风机又等了很久。
4.电话也是坏的，和前台沟通拿起话筒坏的 讲不了话
5.早餐人多到崩溃，没位置，应该开放打包算了。
6.前台水平很差呀明明其中有个人插队就让他插了再大家都在等待时候完全的引起民愤呀。短头发的女经理倒是态度不错，也有能力，分数都是打给她的。但她一个人独木难支啊，救不了这么多啊，那个kimi就这样让人家插队，有毒，我都不想説了，完全不顶用。
7.这个叫什么凯悦，我是凯悦老客户了，这真是套牌的，放房销售之前应该要想到呀。
8.纸巾也忘了给，这个衞生间修好以后那边洗手池还是臭的我懒得説了，逃走了。落荒而逃…

入住前一天有宾客服务中心电调，确认了房型喜好和特殊要求。这次安排的房间非常好，正对着湖景。房间宽敞舒适，智能控制面板设定在牀头柜，可以控制灯光明暗，打开关闭双层电动遮阳帘等功能。衞生间提供电动马桶，吧枱还有胶囊咖啡机供享用。房间隔音很好，没听到隔壁房间的噪音。
新酒店公区面积很大，摆放了很多沙发供客人小憩聊天。尽管节日关系酒店几乎满房，但前台工作人员仍都保持热情，始终面带微笑，耐心解答问题。
晚餐安排在酒店紫椴餐厅，团了个套餐，出品不错，几个菜几乎光盘。但第二天的自助早餐就需要提升一下了，种类可选不是很多。
酒店周边，对面就是游船码头，可以绕着滴水湖兜一圈，欣赏沿湖风光。
总的来説，酒店地理位置极佳，距离地铁站步行只有5分钟，步行去湖边也是5分钟，滴水湖周末和节日经常放烟花，选择这里入住也是不错的选择。

房间位置不错，对面就有公交站，双层巴士站，地铁站也不远，房间整洁安静，前台距离房间要走过很长的走廊，距离天文馆步行15分钟。

Very nice hotel with modern facilities and a great views of the lake. It is convenient to the airport and great for someone who doesn't want the crowded feel of the city center. Plenty of places to eat not far from the hotel and it will only get better with many new places being built around.

The hotel location and rooms are very good, but due to the peak Labor Day holiday, manpower was low, there was a lot of delivery trash at the elevator and outside the rooms that was not collected on time. Understandably that waimai is the top choice for most guests because only one restaurant in the hotel was open, perhaps putting a centralized trash bin per floor would be better and signs to educate guests where to throw them. That way pests can be avoided, rooms won’t have smell of food, and the hallways looks cleaner and organized.

Excellent hotel
The rooms are amazing
Pet friendly the dogs enjoyed it so much!
They provided a cage, dog bed and food bowl ?? also some toys and pee pads.
The breakfast was really good ??

总体上性价比较高。酒店位于临港一个工业区，往东是南汇大学城，约十多分钟车程，周边空旷而安静，道路及绿化很好，适合自驾游客人。房间带小阳台，开门通风后也没什么异味，洗澡水也很大。早餐不错，中西餐都有，生菜有七八个品种三种沙拉酱。离老芦公路渔港路约10分钟车程，那边有多家海鲜餐厅及停车场，节日期间食客很多。

设施服务都挺不错，周边没有工厂和大马路，所以非常安静，房间舒适，早餐也还可以，唯一不足就是有点小贵，哈哈哈
