We originally got a Comfy Room for three located near the elevator, then we made a request for a quieter room. Ms. Maggie Zue kindly upgraded us to a Suite on the 8th floor—such a lovely surprise.
The suite was perfect for our family, with two rooms, a walk-in closet, and a comfortable bathroom with a washing system toilet.
Daily housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels, free coffee capsules, complimentary drinks, and a thoughtful welcome note. Slippers, umbrellas, a safe box, and L’Occitane bathroom kits were provided.
Breakfast had good variety, and the hotel is a short walk to the Metro (we mainly used Didi).
Staff speak good English and were very friendly. We felt safe and happy throughout our stay.

性价比很高，位置很好，唯一是隔音，早晨有的住客起得早五点多就起来了，关门声此起彼伏，完全没法睡

楼下有便利店 出门一百米就是大型商场 好逛好吃的很多
房间很老旧 充电usb口没有 只有找客房多来几个插头??
三人间有一个床是单独搭出来的 房价这个地段真的不贵

1）位置非常好。旁旁就是成隆行蟹店。非常好吃
2）转出大街5分钟到 iapm?
3) 去南京路/淮海路观光，都是 $30 以下 Didi 的车费
4）房间是偏旧，但基本卫生可以。
5）楼下是美美的红叶

服务态度很好，朋友掉失证件 很快被酒店协助找回及时通知我们，特别感谢Vicky 及他们同事。
房间看出来景观不错。
但房间的隔音相对差一些，可以听到外面的噪音及走廊声音。

充电设施老旧，没有与时并进，没有USB插头，插头位置不方便，亦都不足，wifi接收不良，厕所冲厕按钮会失灵，要call housekeep或自己用人手抬起盖子调较，风筒电线过短，使用上非常不佳，要用一只手按住插头，防止松脱

到上海游玩，选择一个靠近地铁、离主要景点不远的酒店家庭房特别不容易，浏览很久，终于发现这个名字巨长的低调酒店。果然离地铁很近，出行方便；附近有家常的饺子店、港式快餐和麪店；前台小朱服务热情，还给升级了房间。酒店装修有点旧，但家庭套房很舒适，衞生间大，房间安静。

之前没结婚我们也是一直住这个酒店。现在有了宝宝发现有家庭套房，真的太方便了。在这个地段价格也非常合适，旁边就是iapm，带宝宝商场环境很好。门口就是淮海路逛逛，晚上骑小黄去进贤路喝喝酒，非常舒服。服务也一直蛮好的，我们行李很多，小陈帮我们行李都搬上车子。我们房间比较大隔音还是很好的，酒店温度比较暖和。

入住时有升级房型，三个人住四人的大房间，有大沙发可以随意摆放物品，环境宽敞，都不会阻碍通行！唯有单人床偏小、硬，双人床较大、软好睡；打扫的很乾净，但提供的牙刷为同色同款，打扫时被摆放一起，会分不清楚是谁的，这点希望能改进~出行方便，附件有便利店、购物中心等，离地铁也不远，家人们都很满意！另外房间窗户密度不错，不太会听到外面车嚷声，但房外的声音就会比较明显...衞浴乾湿分离，还有衣帽间，整体来説不错，再来上海，会再考虑贵酒店，赞
