酒店位置很好找，房间也不错，比较宽敞，酒店设施设备也都挺齐全的，前台服务态度很热情，并且Roman退房的时候还给我们开了发票发给了我们，非常的方便。

这是一家洲际旗下品牌，也是古井贡酒集团的酒店。酒店位于长寿路上，地铁7,13号线举步即达，前往静安寺，南京西路等核心区域非常便捷。前台小柳服务态度很好，入住时帮忙做了一个房间升级，很贴心

前台Melody 非常不错，热情又温柔，给我介绍了很多附近的美食景点等。房间打扫的也很乾净，大堂的圣诞树非常漂亮，还有钢琴可以弹奏，还赠送了一个古井贡酒的体验券，对白酒感兴趣的可以去看看还是很不错的！

酒店是长寿路地铁站附近的比较高档，且性价比较高的酒店，这家酒店还和古井贡酒做了一个联名，在一楼公共区有一些酒文化的展示馆，感兴趣的可以参观一下，前台小柳服务态度好，入住时帮忙免费做了房间升级，房间宽敞舒适。ps.前台糖果很好吃

房间真的很陈旧，因为离公司近，也是第三次入住假日，以前没发现，这次住了两天，沐浴露里面竟然有头发还有可能有其他参入的位置东西，很恐慌，服务员大姐拿新的过来，颜色还不一样的，瓶子口能打开。整个架子里面都是脏的发霉。住了两天，迷你吧虽然就两个送的饮料，但是也没有添加。我第一天用了的牙刷我丢了，第二天惊奇的放回了漱口杯。。。假日也算国际酒店知名度很高的品牌了，这样不珍惜客户，安全，衞生各种问题，以后谁敢住？？

The location of the hotel is good with many restaurants nearby. The room cleanliness was good and the size of the room wasn’t very bog but still enough space to be comfortable. The bathroom was rather small and the bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The service was good and the staff were polite and accommodating during our stay. The safety deposit box was locked and we couldn’t use it so we contacted the reception and they managed to get it fixed quickly with the help of the maintenance staff.

订的行政房，衞生间地漏往外飞小黑虫，这点挺恶心的。

酒店服务挺好，地理位置也很好，出行方便，停车优惠价格还可以，游泳池水温比较低。整体酒店不大，小巧精致。可能接待外宾比较多，房间有一股中东的味道。设施比较旧，早餐品质常规，比较适合差旅。
