环境不错，本来是因为有停车场临时决定的酒店，房间设施很智能化，酒店客房服务非常热情，当然前台的服务员态度也很好，很有耐心，虽然房间没有升级，但送了两份早餐，味道很好??

花洒壞了，有時候五分鐘才有熱水有時候一分鐘水就很燙。位置在市中心還可以但是附近在修路。忘記帶剃鬚刀他們說垃圾分類所以不肯提供。國內國外很多城市都有垃圾分類啊人家一樣提供，就想著省錢把顧客得罪了都不自知。床頭那個機器人老是自動開機太亮了影響睡眠還浪費電。

酒店交通很便利，晚上散步就可以去外滩，城隍庙，环境也很不错，保洁阿姨人特别好，做卫生很认真也很客气。入住酒店就赠送小零食，很贴心。上海的交通管制很不错，独自旅行也很安全。
