住的人很少，给升级了房间。说是低楼层在装修，但没有任何感觉。房间设施完好，床垫很舒服。采光好，隔音好。

以前住过几次，都比较满意，但不知道是不是以前房间都比较好？这次的房间明显小多了，尤其卫生间实在下，加上个浴缸占地方，转个身都觉得挤。下次如果还来，事先问清楚什么房型。

经常出差，五星级酒店也住过比较多，这次是趁国庆假期，带家人出来玩，看到中油酒店在做活动比较优惠，就预订了。酒店工作人员，彬彬有礼，服务态度好，给我们留下了很好的印象。酒店位置很好，交通方便，去哪里玩都很方便，离世纪汇很近，停车方便。窗户望出去的夜景也很美，前台经理特地帮忙安排了景色优美的房间。酒店设施齐全，有泳池，专业健身房，房间里有自动马桶，浴缸。退房后有个小插曲，我的手表遗留在酒店了，酒店的徐骁经理发现后，主动联系我并快递给我，非常感谢你们！急住客所急，服务细致入微！

连住了5天，出门步行5分钟是地铁6号线，楼下有饭店超市，在房间就能看到世贸中心。酒店很干净，服务员态度热情，大床房的大床超级大，床品舒适，超五星好评，下次来还住这里。
