遇到了史上态度最恶劣的前台人员，①先是向我们强行推销加钱升级房间，我们拒绝后开始翻白眼 ②现在的所有银联POS机都支持Apple pay付款，而她在同事告知可以使用的情况下，拒绝给我们使用Apple pay ，随后把我们晾在一边，幸好遇上好心游客给我们换了现金才得以入住 ③在办理过程中态度极差，频繁翻白眼，建议去眼科医生治一治，做好的房卡只有一张可以使用，另外一张是无效的。 贵酒店的其他人员，比如保洁阿姨和保安等等都非常和蔼，不知这位前台人员是什么来头，给贵酒店抹黑，胸牌名叫Sydney，请贵酒店及时处理。
