一个非常不人性化的商务酒店。叫了外卖，因为本人腿脚不方便，已告知前台，前台居然说她们不好上客房，请问你们的前台服务是什么，还说叫的不是客房送餐。弄的非常气愤。

去到柜台询问房价，当班的服务员爱答不理，惜字如金。问同程可以优惠吗？就回答要订就订好了，去旁边等订单生成，说完就再也不理人了。因为孩子在车上睡着了，时间比较晚，不想在折腾了，就住了一个晚上。和前两年的服务比，差太远了。
