酒店环境早餐什么的不用说了，很好的。很满意，亲子房一家人住绰绰有余，还有小客厅和宝宝玩具，还有小朋友的专用小拖鞋，小牙刷这些，细节很到位。唯一不足的就是没有停车位。停车场不管是不是酒店的车都放进去。没地方停车的情况下，酒店保安也不帮忙协调处理。对于我们这样人生地不熟的外地车辆，停车真的是值得吐槽的地方。

我是个乡下人 第一次住五星级酒店 我的天那～真的挑了一晚上的酒店 这个价位炒鸡奶思了 房间大 服务好 主要有我喜欢的落地窗 床品也舒服的呢 洗漱用品齐全 服务人员的小哥哥还贼帅 哈哈哈 住了两天 完美的一次旅行 开心开心 下次还要去的呢

硬件不错，环境不错，就是冲着亲子房去的，孩子很喜欢。服务人员素质太一般，入住的时候12:30，知道来早了，虽然带着老人孩子，等等也正常，一个前台告知房间在打扫，1点半再询问，另一个前台告知房客还没退，总不能明显信口开河糊弄人。等待期间前台聊天，完全没有服务意识。早餐也还好，看见两个蛋挞被服务员端到后厨，原以为是要补充，结果空着手回来了，询问蛋挞没有了么，被告知没了，我说刚刚端下去那两个能拿回来么？被告知后面也没有了，感觉留着自己吃？无语。餐厅接待员全部面无表情。但是特别感谢迎宾的门童，特别有礼貌主动拿行李，很亲切，走的时候也帮忙搬上车。才有点五星的样子，希望服务能加强，不要辜负这么好的硬件
