目前为止办理入住最慢的酒店，三点多到的酒店，前台只有2个工作人员，其中一个还在做咨询工作，等了将近20分钟才有工作人员接待到后台办理入住，办理好以后说还要1个小时房间才能打扫好进入房间，到了16点半问前台还没打扫好，最后换了房间。12点退房，1630房间还没打扫好，对不起这个价格。说是全景，外墙玻璃脏的都影响摄影。池子里还漂着不知道什么的零碎，劝后来者最好当室外温泉泡，带个泳衣。唯一的亮点就是对面的陆家嘴

酒店位置紧靠外滩，酒店服务很是一般，前台只有两个办理入住退房人员态度也不是很热情，很容易排队等候，订的是悦心池浪漫全江景房在携程上订连续两天但分两次下单为了能多得一次香槟礼遇，实际只给了一天的第二天就没有很是让人失望，房间在12楼看江景要俯身看不是很舒服，泡池也没有图片看那样大的感觉，夏天泡池开着在开空调根本感觉不到凉快整个房间温度比较热，房间洗漱用品更差了直接拿悦榕庄的盒子装都不知道什么牌子，洗手盆的龙头还坏了也不及时维修，冲澡出水量很小水压不足的感觉，不住不知道住了绝对不会在去住，根本连性价比可谈性都没有，劝大家很想去入住的先去酒店看看在决定，不要先定要不后悔来不急了。
