房间很绕，很热！中央空调统一设定的，吹出来自然风还是热风来着，热的睡不好，没法开冷空调。这么多人反馈酒店可以设定下中央空调的温度不是…… 衞生还可以，肉眼看着还算是乾净，比之前看评论的预期要好！就是空调不行

Switched from Marriott for better wifi speed. Pretty new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be nicer if they had access to driveway to hotel so guests didn't have to lug luggage from street, so not suitable for elderly or disabled. Breakfast quality was very good, even better than many of the Marriott brands in Shanghai. Late porridge snack nice but accompaniments quite sodium intense. I brought my own vegetarian side dishes. Laundry room was a godse d for my over 1 week stay. Next time I can pack less. Like many hotels in China, enforcement of non-smoking can be improved. Inconsiderate guests will open door to share their secondary smoke which is annoying. Will definitely try other Atour hotels when traveling in China.

In a year this has been renovated from the Animation Studio hotel, sadly all the Havoc in Heaven images are gone but the hotel is elegant. The staff were extremely helpful & the rooms are luxurious. The breakfast is good value.

Clean room, location is really good. there are a lot of Good food nearby. There is also a small meeting room that we can use.
The room has a Central AC which is not really convinient for us, other that that love the room and environment.

一次完美的入住体验，强烈推荐！这次入住真的给了我太多惊喜，必须给个大大的好评！
首先地理位置： 酒店的位置非常优越，就在体育馆很近，附近出门逛街、吃饭、交通都超级方便。周边环境也很安静，晚上休息得很好。
服务态度： 从进酒店开始，服务员就主动帮忙拿行李。前台工作人员办理入住迅速高效，笑容亲切，让人有宾至如归的感觉。有任何问题联系客服中心，响应都非常及时。

行政大床房，房间挺大，设施能满足需要。小冰箱里有水和饮料。床品、洗浴用品都还不错，房间隔音好，窗户隔音稍差一点，但是旁边的路晚上倒也不吵。
早餐还可以，小馄饨好吃，咖啡可以外带，但是杯子和杯盖尽然不匹配，不过问题不大。
服务人员都很热情，见面主动打招呼，送茶水。
旁边就是一个小商场，有吃有喝有盒马。
总体来説，住的很舒服，商务出行推荐。

Service is good, frontline staff was polite and helpful. Location is good with many restaurants, cafe and convenient stores nearby. I will come back to this hotel for future business trip in Shanghai.

前台人员服务态度很好👍公司就在附近，之前的发票没有开具，来补开很认真，周边位置交通很方便，点赞👍房间卫生很干净，因为是美影场联名很适合孩子放假来玩，酒店每个角落都是经典动画片海报，大堂也干净明亮，房间很宽敞舒适，设计也很人性化，早餐是一大亮点棒棒哒

无法出沪的寒假，打卡了徐汇亚朵美影酒店，当亚朵遇上美影，奇妙的化学反应让城市度假也变得异常有趣，感谢前台遥遥无期帮忙免费升级，让我们入住了最宽敞的阿凡提主题房，房间内minibar的饮料点心免费提供，洗澡水特别舒适，床品也很舒服，让多天失眠的我得以好好休息。酒店大堂可以免费投影美影厂的作品，电影博物馆看一场大闹天宫要30元每人呢，也有很小型的过家家玩具供低龄小朋友玩，很好兼顾了我们家7岁娃和2岁娃的需求。酒店的早餐也值得一提，丰富、新鲜、美味，服务员不多但水平在线。
