酒店服务很棒，房间乾净整洁，入住还会奉茶水，然后房间香香的，电视很清晰，空调很凉爽，2楼自助洗衣房和健身房，酒店的工作人员珠槿晓夭服务好见到都会打招呼，早餐很精致，晚上还有暖心的深夜粥道推荐很满意的入住体验！

酒店位置非常好，路痴也能毫不费力的找到。工作人员受过良好的培训，能回答和解决旅客提出的问题。因为我们早于入规定住时间到达，申请了提早入住。前台工作人员也给安排了。全程沟通顺利，没有任何不明。免费咖啡和一份夜间粥品和小食也恰到好处，非常推荐

要一间安静的房间，结果支配到消防通道里一间很小窗很狭窄的房间！首先进门的体验感就很差，房间和楼梯间都没有空调！房间里马桶反丑，空调声音巨响，地铁就像在头上过，因为是消防通道所以还有回声，不是因为出差太忙，600多一间是肯定不会选择住的

非常满意的入住 一到就感受到了满满的幸福 前台摆放了千玺的周边物料并且是我来上海收到的第一份物料太幸福了！前台服务热情有求必应房间风格也很温馨安静！距离演唱会场馆也很近旁边的地铁太方便了！非常满意的酒店感受到了友好与温暖
