酒店位置非常好就在南京路中心。设施很现代也不乏温馨。前台服务很不错，预订的房型没有了给安排了升级。美中不足就是电梯只有一部而且太小了，不过老城区就是这样，寸土寸金嘛。

酒店新装修，总是感觉走廊和房间有一股臭臭的味道，房间超级不隔音，第一天晚上先是听隔壁一个娃闹到十一二点，又听有人煲电话粥到半夜……位置就在步行街，距离人民广场站和南京东路站走路大约只有十分钟左右，距离外滩走路大约25分钟，距离杜莎夫人蜡像馆都只要步行即可，所以位置优势鲜明……服务态度还是要赞的，打扫卫生的阿姨很热情，前台也愿意帮助寄存行李……周边吃的感觉有点多而杂，没找到环境好、口味好的地方，对吃货而言很失落……
