We've stayed at this hotel before and the rooms are super cozy. Bathroom and shower are nice and spacious. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff are all very friendly. We just had a restless night as a result of other guests. They were incredibly loud and noisy at all hours of the night and early mornings. The walls are far too thin and you can hear everything. I'm also a bit disappointed in the breakfast. The food is always cold, the options aren't great and it's be nice if they served some coffee and bottled water.

Easy to order waimai and helpful front desk staff. But at night there are no restaurants walking distance. Next time I will stay closer to the metro station.
Nicely new renovation inside the hotel. But small things can be improved, like fraying towel and moldy lamp shade.
Room takes a long time to get warm in the winter, but they provide slippers.
