10月2日早上9点从北京出发，当天晚上7点30分到达酒店，主要是考虑第二天早上早点到达红海滩景区才选择了这家酒店，这家酒店距离红海滩景区大概30公里车程。
酒店环境不错，周围很安静，停车位也算是很多，酒店卫生很好，尤其卫生间，贴着黑色的大理石地砖和墙砖，给人感觉不错，洁具和花洒都清理得很干净。小五件也算不错。综合来看，基本上对得起十一期间398/晚的价钱。
另外在酒店向南大概600米的祖辈7528主题菜馆不错，餐厅是民国主题，都是特色菜，量也够大，都是东北风味，比较实惠。

房间比较大，位置也还算可以。设施比较简陋，毛巾很旧、色暗，入住时水龙头上有水渍；也不提供免费矿泉水，与同等价位酒店相比有很大差距。

定了四个房间，商务双房是单早……不过10元的早餐也是没什么可吃了。房间的洗手池管子破裂了，全部放水的时候漏水漏的稀里哗啦的，房间的吹风机也是坏的。新宾馆吗？屋子里有地毯味和装修味。br房间很大，阳光充足，枕头很软，休息的不错。上述小问题也算“瑕不掩瑜”。好评
