we ordered three rooms in total, and one room was not as I had requested; it was small and cramped, even though I had paid for a larger room. When I contacted someone named Xi Xia front desk, she insisted that it was the same room, even though I sent her pictures, and she still denied it. So, I want to write a negative review about the service, especially regarding that staff member.

The hotel was affordable for the location that it is in. Super convenient and accessible. However, delivery riders have difficulties finding the hotel most of the time.
Staff was helpful when liasing with delivery riders/ companies to get the delivery moving.
Exterior of the hotel looks nice and clean, however when entering the room, it's a different story. Dust can be spotted at every corner of the room. Dust bunnies. Even the bed cover has a thin layer of dust.
Would still recommend the hotel unless you are particular about cleanliness.

The hotel location is really nice right in the city centee near the metro station- West Nanjing Road near alot of shopping and food street. We are incredibly impress with the services from the staffs. The room is clean and modern. The breakfast stood out to us as there are bunch of varieties each morning and unique. Thank you so much to all the staffs here and the sourveniers we receive. We are really greatful and will definiety return to this hotel on our next visit.

彻底失望！从粉丝到路人黑，一次糟糕透顶的住宿体验
作为亚朵多年的忠实粉丝，我从未想过会写下这样的评价。但这次入住，彻底颠覆了我对亚朵的所有美好印象，堪称一次灾难级的体验！如果细节满分是10分，这次体验我愿意给**负分！
1. 虚假宣传的“有窗房”，价格欺诈！
我预订并付款了“有窗房”的费用，结果房间的窗户竟然贴着磨砂纸，打开后直麪隔壁大楼的平台，距离近到外人可以轻易爬进房间！这跟一扇“假窗”有什么区别？价格却比无窗房贵。沟通后换了一间，房内有一根斜梁柱突兀地立在中间，压抑又碍事，但我还是接受了算吧，不想再麻烦。大堂经理在换房间的过程中态度冷漠，毫无歉意！
2. 房卡故障反遭前台员工辱骂！
12月4日晚11:30，我在洗衣房洗衣服后，电梯竟无法感应房卡。我到前台求助，一名男性员工不仅毫无服务意识，还直接指责我“用了内部电梯，语气极其不耐烦。在我未説明情况前，他就武断地推卸责任，态度宛如训斥犯错的下属。作为客人，我竟要忍受这种无礼的对待？我要求这名员工公开道歉！
3. 设施破损，洗澡变成“冷水惊魂”！
淋浴间的花洒开关标识早已脱落，洗澡时我只能凭猜测调节，结果冰冷的水柱直接冲头淋下，冻得浑身发抖。这种基础维护都能忽略，你们对客人的体验有一丝重视吗？
4. 服务敷衍，连纸杯都要讨价还价！
房间纸杯用完后未及时补充，致电服务中心要求提供，服务员送来时竟没有杯盖。我提出需要盖子，对方还坚持“盒子里有”，直到我出示空盒才相信。难道客人合理的需求，还要经过你们的“审核”才配得到满足？这种抠门又敷衍的服务，令人窒息！
5.. 肮脏的布草管理：换下来的床单竟堆在走廊！
更令人震惊的是，堆满换下来的脏床单的车子就只停在客房走廊，长时间无人清理。作为一家标榜「人文」「洁净」的酒店，竟连最基本的衞生管理都如此懈怠，让客人走在堆满污渍布草的通道，这不仅影响观感，更让人对整体衞生状况产生严重怀疑！
整体体验：从品牌信任到彻底崩塌
我曾向朋友大力推荐亚朵，如今却感到无比尴尬。从硬件上的虚假宣传、设施故障，到员工的无礼傲慢、服务懈怠，这次入住没有一环合格。如果连老粉丝的体验都能如此践踏，亚朵所谓的“人文服务”恐怕只是一句空话。
总结：价格不菲，体验却堪比廉价旅馆。
如果你们继续漠视客人的基本需求，纵容员工如此怠慢，再忠实的粉丝也会心寒离开。请亚朵认真反省，别再辜负消费者的信任！
不推荐！除非你想花钱买罪受。
