服务流于形式，设备陈旧，难道酒店有名服务员的服务就可以这么骄傲？服务员一脸严肃就代表酒店高档？四季酒店服务员脸上的微笑在哪里？用心为客人着想的用心在哪里？比其他威斯汀、丽思卡尔顿的服务差很多。骄傲使人落后，品牌是积累出来的，但很快活糟蹋完。

四季最适合的就是出差或者家庭出游了吧；浦东四季位置非常好旁边就是那3个地标摩天楼，去各种金融机构也非常方便～它的中餐厅尚席也非常不错，虽然看地出来设施不是最新的，不过四季一如既往地在各种细节上令人满意，看到书放在书桌上就送了一个书签，也是有爱
