没想到一个四星级宾馆的设施居然能差到如此地步！马桶按钮是坏的，烧水壶是脏的，电吹风是不能用的，浴帘是掉的……从没这样吐槽过一个宾馆，但真的是太差了

酒店就在火车站对面，附近好几个地铁口，到景点都很方便。前台服务非常热情周到，房间干净整洁，非常舒适。每次要东西都能及时回覆，也很快就送达。早餐也非常nice，自助餐种类多可以根据自己的口味选择。行李寄存服务就很赞啊，退了房可以出去玩到快发车了，来拿行李，方便又不耽误时间。下次来上海一定还会选择这家酒店，真的非常惊喜！
