旅游选择住这家酒店，房间很宽敞，窗外的风景也挺好。早餐种类丰富，但是酒店的洗衣房需要花钱，洗衣机和烘乾机都需要花钱，这个是我在其他酒店没有遇到过的。整体是不错的

晚上11点左右入住的，前台在3楼，为我办理入住的是小韩一个男生，服务态度很好
酒店早餐品种也挺丰富的，葱油拌麪加浇头。
退房时正好有个文件急需打印，前台Nikki 小妹妹也很热情，及时帮忙打印了文件，还送到桌前。
酒店体验感很好，提倡环保，牙膏是纸质包装，牙刷竹子的。

携家庭在淀山湖边跨年夜，想着太晚就找个酒店住一晚，碰巧搜到诺富特，本来没抱太大希望，但没想到入住感觉特别棒，这都要归功于前台碰到的Lucy，办入住时就直接给我升了房间，暖心询问我的需求，都完美的达成，让我们两间房住客都住的很满意。下次来青浦还选这家酒店，还是找Lucy。

位置：在青浦新城，附近餐饮店多起来了，吃饭很方便。
停车：地下停车场车位非常多，住酒店免停车费，电梯直达酒店。
大堂：酒店大厅位于三楼，私密性很高，装修大气，有大堂吧及露台可以小酌一杯
服务：服务非常专业贴心
性价比：淡季价格四百左右，简直太高了，秒杀全季，亚朵这些国内连锁。唯一缺点就是离地铁远点

房间乾净明亮，房间布局合理，视野宽阔，居住环境安静，服务人员礼貌有素养，衞生状况良好。希望在一楼门厅设指示牌，指出大堂位置是三楼，免得入门找不到大堂着急。

Very nice place and cozy. My room had a really nice view. Everything is clean and tidy. Hotel doesnt smell like cigarettes like other places. Breakfast was good and there are plenty of options.
