这次的酒店体验是这么多年最差的一次。我订了4天的复式套房，给开了个3楼的房间，晚上回去后先后发现了两条蜈蚣，震惊了??，我录的有视频。酒店説是因为下雨潮湿楼层低，好蹩脚的理由，这也不是我的错。要求换个向阳的房间，给降级换到了8楼的商务大床房，不退差价，送了果盘，少的可怜。然而这屋隔音太差，隔壁房间吵到半夜，第二天早上又被楼下的施工声和路上的过车声吵醒，根本睡不好，希望酒店能给个説法。

临时活动入住全季酒店张江店，周围离地铁站有些距离但是酒店可以免费接送，酒店停车场也是免费停车，朋友接送很方便。早上早餐还不错，餐厅也很大很明亮。酒店房间一如既往全季的水准，香香的挺大也很乾净没有异味。也有会议室方便临时办公。下次继续选择全季??

酒店环境很好，一进门就有一股淡淡的清香味，前台的工作人员服务态度非常好，走的时候还问要不要再戴两瓶水，点赞??！还有迪士尼免费接送车哦，下次去迪士尼再来这里住～

Good service and close to the Zhangjiang Science Hall. But nothing else much around the location ( restaurants/ shops), hotel restaurant only serves breakfast. Have to order delivery or take taxi to somewhere further. Minimum room facility as well, no iron board/ conditioner/ location. Overall good value, but only for work reason.
