I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The Room was Spotlessly clean, modern, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night's sleep.

Highly recommend this hotel if you're travelling with kids. This hotel is so clean, and smells so good. You won't even smell any smoke as this hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The service and front desk are very helpful and kind, they even have toiletries and sleepers for kids. Our room view is facing the Huiangpu River with the skyline of Lujiazui. And there's a near train station like just 5min walk. Will book this again when I go back to Shanghai.

我和我们家有洁癖的家人都一致认为必须给五星好评，非常的乾净，然后洗衣房也非常的乾净。早餐也好吃，房间也很舒服，最主要是每一个工作人员不管是前台的，还是在餐厅的，还是客房的，都特别特别的热情和专业！必须好评，希望能一直保持下去！我下次来上海也一定住这里！

非常满意的一次入住体验！酒店位置很好，可以看到黄浦江夜景，前台服务热情周到，办理入住很快。房间干净整洁，床品特别舒服，一觉睡到天亮。

前台服务态度很好，需要什么东西都会及时给我送，到店的时候房间还没打扫出来，后面给我免费升了房，点赞。早餐也很丰盛。酒店位置很好，离地铁口走路只要几分钟，窗外景观也很好。总体来说很完美，挑不出什么毛病

酒店位于黄埔江边，落地窗外风景不错，酒店新开业的，各方面设备配件都很干净整洁，前台小姐姐们态度温柔贴心，打扫的阿姨礼貌客气，酒店整体风格简约大气，一进门就香气弥漫，很喜欢的香气味道，缓解了每天上万步的上海之旅。有机会一定会再来的！
