分几个方面讲：
入住：11点左右去的，说是没有干净的房间，说一般是三点钟，起码要等到一点钟，让我们自行去吃个饭，安排比较生硬。
吃：因为时间早，去全日餐厅吃了个午饭，没人主动倒杯水，提醒了才上，价格贵不说是真的难吃。上的鸡汤一点盐没放，经理承认说煮好了还没放调料。我想说你们烧菜都是最放盐的吗？最后换了一碗过来，满口的鸡精味。
房间：预订的所谓豪华高级放，连个阳台都没有，光线暗且不通风，感觉非常压抑。
配套设施：周围绿化非常low，下午没下雨到了四点半才开放室外泳池，室内泳池混浊。
