一次很失望的旅行，当天下午4点30分才拿到房间，第二天12点要求退房，中餐厅包房要求有最低消费，怎么解释也不接受。

滴水湖实在太一般了，除了这个酒店基本无处可逛，赶在国庆也是遭罪，房价高的离谱，订了豪华房上午十一点前办好入住，房间到下午三点才拿到一间，四点拿另外一间，早饭八点半以后就要排队了。整个酒店，设计感强，环境很好，但是，房间是真心小，完全对不起这个价格。

杭州苏州上海一行住的最贵的房间，不知道该怎么评价了。酒店周边环境还不错，在滴水湖岛上，门童不错。在同程网上订的高级大床/双床房，到酒店前台先生告诉我同程网上只有大床房，大床的宽度只有1.5米的，问能不能加一床被子，接待的男生（年纪不小了）说不能加被子，后来我因为生气了他才打电话问能不能加，客房那边同意加，可见此人不熟悉业务而且态度还不好。网上预订说有饮料送，第二天打电话问说不知道。房间不大，能看见湖面，特别不满意的是洗脸池，不及脸大小，洗脸时水往外流，垫了地垫还是盖不住，我家孩子一早起床就在洗脸池旁摔了一跤，腿都淤青了一大块，现在还疼，本想找酒店理论一下的，但先生劝我算了。别的不说了，以后也不会再住这里了。
