The hotel is convenient for short stays. It's in a business area, with MTR within walking distance and a McDonald's and a convenience store next to it. Otherwise there are no other shops etc near the hotel. I stayed in ground floor room for 2 nights. The booking through trip.com was for a room without window ( I missed checking such details when booking) but hotel staff helped to change to a room with window upon check in. They just asked for more time to prepare this room. Also the staff helped with late check out request. The room is basic and comfortable. Tea, coffee sachets were provided in the room. There was a small fridge and a locker. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Toiletries were of good quality but there was no body lotion provided. Tooth brushes etc can be provided if needed. Breakfast was available complementary and included typical breakfast options for such hotels eg fried eggs, corn flakes, Chinese noodles, fried rice, corn, sweet potato, buns etc. However I was disappointed to see exactly the same items on the second day also. The staff are very helpful and could speak in English. Overall a decent option for stay in Shanghai.

这酒店晚上休息非常安静，大堂就有麦当劳、大米先生和小超市，对外地出差来説已经太方便了。
房间非常乾净整洁，该有的都有，冰箱里有贴心的免费小食和饮料，很喜欢！
叫车坐地铁都很方便，位置好！

周六过来，房间不紧张所以感谢前台小姐姐帮忙安排升级了一个靠湖的房间。窗外的风景更是给了我们一个静谧的惊喜！房间俯瞰着一片幽静且绿意盎然的公园，远离了街道喧嚣后，在早晨在窗边喝杯咖啡，看着窗外宁静的景色，旅途的疲惫都被治癒了

必须表扬酒店的服务团队！前台办理高效热情，主动介绍设施和周边讯息；保洁人员在走廊相遇时总会微笑致意；遇到任何需求，响应速度都很快，能感受到他们真诚为客人着想的心。从便利的设施、舒适的睡眠体验到幽静的环境和用心的服务，每个细节都让人感到物超所值。已经向朋友推荐了这里，下次一定会再次选择入住！??

房间可圈可点的地方很多，洲际旗下的品牌，不过在携程上订积不了分有点失望，但是前台帮忙升级了挺好的。早餐是外包的大米先生，总的来説衞生味道都是説的过去的，前台服务很好，大堂也有超市跟洗衣房，符合品牌标准，离公司也近，已经是出差经常过来的地方了。

这次入住体验直接拉满，必须给五星好评！酒店地理位置特别好，周边全是林立的企业高楼，商务出行办公超级方便，而且离地铁站特别近。
周边配套也超齐全，旁边就有麦当劳和大米先生，想吃快餐或家常餐出门就能解决。房间乾净整洁又舒适，设施齐全，住着格外舒心。更贴心的是有自助机器人送外卖，不用下楼就能拿到餐品。
前台服务员的态度更是没话説，热情又周到，办理入住、退房效率超高，有任何疑问都耐心解答。从位置、设施到服务都无可挑剔！！

进酒店就被浓浓的节日气氛吸引了，大堂里布置的圣诞树特别精美，灯光闪闪的，瞬间就有了过节的幸福感。更惊喜的是酒店门口的银杏树，满树金黄，落叶铺了一地，像童话里的场景，拍照特别出片！秋日和圣诞的氛围一起拥有，简直完美。酒店的服务也值得特别表扬，从前台到客房服务，每一位工作人员都特别热情周到，响应迅速，让人感到宾至如归。

第一次住浦东张江，位置好但价格不低，房间非常乾净整洁，居然有松下的智能马桶盖和化粧镜，对女性客人真的太友好啦！
前台员工的服务态度也很棒，基本是有求必应。
晚上睡觉空调有点热，后面降温了可能会有好一些。
早餐比较中式，但味道和食材都还是可以的，沙拉麪包水果也有。

作为频繁出差的商务客，我对酒店的衞生与服务最为挑剔。这家智选假日完全满足了我的高标准。服务专业且克制，需求响应迅速，毫不打扰。主要本人还有轻微洁癖，但房间整洁令我极度安心。早餐是在隔壁大米先生，味道符合中国人的口味，但西式偏少。是一次让身心都得到放松和充电的住宿体验
