The shuttle services provided by the hotel are very helpful for me and my group in traveling between airport, hotel and nearby metro station. 小贺 from the front desk attended to my requests promptly. Overall it's a very good experience staying in this hotel.

Also known as James Joyce Coffetel Shanghai International Tourist Holiday Resort, I was extremely pleased with this hotel.
Got in at 2am, and they picked us up from the airport. There is a shuttle to disneyland also, as well as regular hourly shuttles to the metro station.
Rooms were comfortable enough, and the breakfast, which is included for all guests, is superb. Selection varies and is quite tasty. There are also a few eateries near the hotel which are open late, even after coming back from Disney close around 10:30. There is also a supermarket, fruit store, and a Family Mart nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location and airport transfer was very efficient and friendly driver. Breakfast was varied and good flavours. Enjoyed the stay very much.

This is a relatively romantic hotel which is considered very spacious. Location is not very near the metro station, but there is shuttle service available every hourly. Remember to book your spot for transportation that is provided by the hotel to and from the airport or Disney land ??

I loved their breakfast so much. It was very tasty and perfect for me.
The hotel is around 1.5 km from the Tangzhen metro station and it has supermarkets and many eateries nearby.
The staff was very accommodating and helped me whenever I needed something. They also arranged for me a free taxi drop off to Shanghai airport.
Overall, people were friendly, helpful and that's what is needed for me as I didn't speak chinese.
The rooms were clean and it is very close to Disney for the Disney lovers.
All locations can be reached easily by metro.

Hotel provided free shuttle service to and from Shanghai Disneyland and Pudong Airport. Room was spacious. Things to improve on could be sound-proofing (can hear traffic and sounds from corridor/neighbouring rooms) and cleanliness (mold could be seen growing on silicon seals in toilet). Breakfast was buffet style but selection rather limited. All in all would recommend hotel for all who are looking for an affordable stay.

Booked this hotel for my parents and they were so happy. It made their stay so much more comfortable. Their room didn’t get cleaned on the day before they left, but it was still a good experience. Breakfast is mainly Chinese with minimal western options.
