非常棒的酒店，这个价位入住真的感觉很爽，太贵了超标报销不了，提前5小时预约机场免费接送，后天继续预定了，但价格又涨了90元，不开心啦！

酒店离虹桥机场近，适合商务乘早班机。是厦门的酒店品牌，房间装修选材用料，和设施确实有厦门酒店的文艺气息。洗漱用品很高级、很贴心。酒店性价比超高。是我近几年在北上深住过的性价比最高的。唯一不足是办理入住慢，不管你多急，前台不紧不慢。

这个差评是给酒店销售部门的，固守原则，僵化不知变通。我承认订的是不可取消单，但我在订酒店支付后订单发送过程还没有确认订单时第一时间联系同程，希望取消订单，因为我定之前没有看到酒店装修时间。由于我对装修材料极度过敏，会咳嗽喉咙肿痛。又因为第二天是坐飞机前往高原地区，担心喉咙肿痛会影响身体情况，所以希望酒店综合考虑能酌情帮忙取消订单，可是同程和我本人与酒店沟通三次，酒店方都不肯同意。前台告诉我是2017年装修，可是你们上面明明写的是2018.到酒店后两分钟我就开始咳嗽，有酒店服务人员告诉我是2018年四月装修完成。平心而论，酒店服务人员的服务还是不错的，帮我调换房间，拿空气净化器，我很晚才睡，很早就离开酒店，算是勉强过了一晚。我不是说酒店可以随便改变规则，但是也要视情况稍微变通一下吧？
