一般不写差评，但是这次入住想起都来气。
1.因为当天晚上上海暴雨，本来就淋了雨，急着到酒店换衣服，晚上一十点半到酒店办理入住，结果办理入住还需要排队，两位前台人员仅一位办理，另一位就看着我们排队，询问了她还是让我们排队，就这服务我应该如何评价?
2.办理入住时告知前台，需要高楼层的房间，前台告知没有，我也接受，但是朋友办理入住就安排了一间稍高楼层的房间，未免也太敷衍了吧，现场露馅。
3.卫生的话就看图说话了，真不知道这是上一位客人留下的还是客房清洁大姐的。
