地段非常好，周边有非常棒的饭店！房间虽然在2楼12但酒店位置幽静晚上没有噪音。傍晚阳光晒进房间，非常暖和. 有迎宾水果，和胶囊咖啡，非常好的一次体会.

上海是一个处处都散发着腔调的城市，而东湖宾馆无疑是感受海派腔调的绝佳场所。走进东湖宾馆，就能感受到其深厚的历史底藴，彷佛瞬间穿越回了民国时期的上海滩。最值得一提的是，这个性价比太高了，地理位置优越，毗邻地铁站，距离环贸iapm、嘉里中心商场，步行可至，附近有很多很有腔调和味道的街区，很多洋房，咖啡店、异域风情的外国餐馆，随便citywalk也很开心。下次，来还住这。

第三次选择这家百年老饭店，12月28号晚上check in 后发现房间有些烟味， 因为对烟味过敏， 所以和前台杨经理沟通之后， 换了一间完全没有烟味而且很大的房间， 谢谢杨经理愿意倾听客户的需要和做出相应处理的服务。 早上的早餐也很精致， 如果能提供一些Decaf的咖啡给咖啡因过敏和上了年纪的客人那就更完美了。

真的是性价比之王，环境优美，如果喜欢拍照很出片，服务非常nice，有求必应，房间很大，还给升了房，早餐也很棒，味道很不错，离地铁不算远，交通很便利。是上海出游首选。

The room was clean and spacious. It was not difficult to find the location. There are many shops to get meals surrounding the hotel.
The appearance has a European look to it and it was lovely. I enjoyed my stay and it was peaceful even though u was placed on the 2nd floor.
