房间有虫，服务员态度恶劣，服务经理也敷衍客人！ 你硬环境差，天天有机场轰鸣也就算了，软化服务也这么差，真不知道你这个挂牌怎么拿到的！坚持和安曼官方投诉！坚持曝光你们！不让大家再受害！

酒店还是非常美丽的，健身房带的休息室很好，几乎没人，有幽幽潭水般的冷热水池，以及全套安曼自用的洗发沐浴用品。唯一有些欠缺的，作为安曼这个价位和档次的酒店，没有提供洗完澡洗完脸的面部护理产品，宝格丽酒店是提供全套护理产品包括雅漾喷雾，Dyson吹风机以及宝格丽香水，这一点有点欠考虑哦

其实定之前已经看过很多差评但是还是忍不住想要去体验一下 事实证明现在的安缦服务真的完全感觉不到热情和细致…蚊虫满天飞让我误以为自己来到了东南亚 服务员说房间会没有虫子结果进去了还是一样哦 令我和朋友震惊的是晚上12:30打电话居然酒店每个部门没有一个接线 想起以前凌晨四点去checkin颐和安缦还有好几个服务员在前台等我。。流泪 虽然已经反映过这个问题但是还是比较不敢相信 毕竟当天我和朋友晚上12:00看完电影以后回房间就已经整个大堂没有一个人了……朋友说三星酒店也会有人的吧？很同意
