room is big, can lay out two big luggages and two small hand carry. there are gs/cu/emarts/olive young around the hotel. however, the hotel is abit far from the train station ard 10 mins walk. other than that everything else is good

环境卫生不错，服务态度良好贴心，交通近新道林站，步行约12分钟，只是我原先订的是豪华大床房，有双人梳化椅，结果只系给了普通大床房，没有梳化，幸好空间不算太细，可以放两大行李箱。自己从便利店买杯面到酒店食，忘记向店员徐筷子，打电话到酒店前台询问?，前台立即帮我安排了两套筷子，感谢酒店的贴心，否则杯面就要带回香港

提前到酒店寄存了行李，打车到仁川机场大概两百多也还行。位置还算方便，价格合理。到弘大大概5站，到明洞大概十站。地铁都是直达的，附近也有商圈、便利店、咖啡店。

酒店环境乾净明亮 酒店服务很好！！我们在凌晨点了外卖，但因为没有当地电话号码无法和外卖员联络，导致外卖没有成功送到酒店。而当时知道我们外卖送不来后，当值的前台小姐姐很积极而且很友善地帮我们与外卖商家联络??????真的很谢谢她我们最后才能成功吃上饭?? 希望这段讯息能转达给10月5号夜班的前台服务人员，感激不尽！！

酒店距离新道林地铁站步行大约十分钟，是一条直线，可正因为距离地铁站是一条直线，它就建在地铁线路的旁边，晚上十二点还有地铁来回呼啸，早上六点又开始哐啷哐啷…对旅行的人非常不友好，导致睡眠严重不足。衞生也一般，第一晚入住就发现床单很脏，第二天告知前台，也只是给更换了，没有任何实质性补偿，连果盘都没有赠送一个。设施比较陈旧，马桶竟然都不是缓降的，浴缸也是又厚又大的那种，边缘大概足足十厘米，进去出来非常不方便及不安全。可能首尔酒店设施确实不如大上海先进吧，发现首尔很多地方比如地铁站都不如上海造得好，连自动扶梯都很少。酒店价格还可以，国庆期间也没有怎么涨价。

位置不算太好，但是周边很安静，靠近居民区、办公区，附近有新道林站所以地铁出游还算方便。
酒店设备很新很洁净，清洁阿姨很友善热情，没有窗户的房间对时间有点没概念w 建议选有窗户的房间。
如果旅行的话长时间（4天以上）再考虑住这边，不然出行都要30-60分钟
