第二次来入住，5点多办理入住女服务，提醒不能在房间办活动，当时没有懂女柜台人员的意思，出现虾的问题。房间使用过，拍照去柜台换人服务更改房间。现在懂 给我一间办完活动房间?? 扯 ！气到早餐不想在酒店吃

服务态度非常不好，给的房间也很小，前台某女服务人员态度尤其恶劣，自顾自聊天，通篇不理人，需要帮助叫车也很不情愿，下次不会再选这个酒店了！

有点失望，房门门锁的盖子会一直掉下来，打扫完房间洗手台面纸没补，喝过的水杯马克杯没换成乾净的，浴室门有点卡卡坏掉，房间也不大，最后是前台服务不好，到的第一天问柜台附近有没有推荐餐厅，服务人员回答的很草率，就说对面跟后面很多???? 总之除了地点位置好之外，其它都另人失望，不如加几百块住旁边Andaz??????

位置在江南蛮方便的，性价比ok，门口就是大巴去机场但是靠运气，最后天想説坐大巴去机场，结果车子过来的时候满座就只能打车了，房间就是有点小，窗户对的就是大街景色不错

前台人员能够即时提供协助，美中不足的是第二天跟第三天的房务打扫人员，连杯子跟水都没有帮我们换新，棉被也是随便铺平而已

房间不是很大但适合两个人住 隔音很好 附近有很多好吃的 外卖要下楼哪有点不方便但整体都很好在江南最繁华的地方
