服务是真的棒，设施比其它5星酒店都要齐全，泳池超大又干净，楼下的美食广场很繁华吃饭方便价位合适，海滩略微远一点点，但海景房十分美丽了

早餐丰富且每天不重样，服务热情，免费升级了房型，而且还特意致电我们问对房型是否满意。真的爱死这酒店了！阳台有浴缸，出行很方便，周边全是吃的，离小海豚海鲜不行8分钟。物超所值！性价比极高。

前台小姐姐温柔漂亮服务好，不论是客房人员还是泳池酒店员工，每个人都礼貌热情有求必应，非常棒棒👍🏻酒店设施比较新，干净卫生，而且好宽敞，住的非常舒服，体验非常好！特别是有恒温泳池。因为带着孩子，十二月份的三亚泳池的水都比较凉，下不了水，这个恒温泳池孩子们玩嗨了。所以果断续订，又多停留一晚。
