和老婆出来度假，酒店位置很好，设施略旧，卫生很好，还送了玫瑰，枕头和被子舒服，洗护用品不错特别是润肤乳肤感很好。服务有不足，订的第二天去免税店的大巴竟然没有登记房号因超员没坐上耽误了时间。还有因为订的是一楼晚上快12点了还有家长带着小孩在客房外泳池玩且乱叫竟然没有酒店人员劝阻严重影响休息其他都还好。客房服务很好送餐和送东西很快。套餐味道不错且价格合适。酒店有很多的马戏和歌舞表演，还有冲浪，主泳池很大水温好人也不多，很适合带全家一起住。

酒店非常不错，最令我意想不到的是，他们对VIP的无微不至，管理人员“任利”服务专业，态度一流，并且主动给我们进行了升级及其他说明，是五星级酒店优秀员工微笑大使的完美诠释。

进去大堂感觉乱，办理入住等待时间长，大概20分钟才拿到房卡，行李箱是在我睡了一觉之后，电话催促才送过来，感觉都不太好，2300多一宿不太值，也就感觉像1500左右的酒店！
