亲子活动多，客房服务非常好，带的孩子晕车吐了一地，客房部Ella第一时间赶到了房间清理，不但不嫌脏，还一直和小朋友互动，好评！

总体来说是四次来三亚最好的一次体验。早餐丰富，酒店设施高大上，每个角落都能拍出风景，泳池很干净～每天都有消毒。小朋友的玩乐也很多，儿童乐园，谢谢李菊阳，钱方圆，杨梦丹姐姐，水上泡泡岛，宝宝玩的不愿意走。距离百花谷也很近，打车10块钱。房间整体装修中规中矩，虽风格比较老，但是很干净，泳池房适合白天晒的时候泡泡，有树木遮挡，白天利用率很高。总体非常满意！

除了服务 都很好
第一天我们下午四点去办入住 竟然房间还没有打扫好
离店后一直没有退押金 打电话说是退房卡的时候已经办了 让等3到7天 快10天了也没有退 又打电话还是说一样的话 没有要检查自己的意思 让他们查 很快钱就到账了 说明就是酒店自身的问题 遇到问题不会先自省检查是否出错 哪里来的自信？？
最后，所谓的高级海景房 真的呵呵 三楼那么大个平台 能看见一条缝
