第二次来海南，之前住亚龙湾丽思，同样为万豪旗下品牌，jw跟丽思差距非常大，服务体验不好，我们是开车来的，酒店可以免费停车，入住时候报了车牌号给前台，但是在退房时候告知没有录入导致需要交费，又跟前台补录了两次才弄好，非常不专业。早餐种类一般，儿童乐园很大。

客房电话打不了前台？ 有个前台答非所问啊 反正不是很愉快 我需要大床结果他和我说要下订单时候备注 订单哪里被有备注的框框 我也没想那么多 一个这么大的酒店大床会没有了有点难搞哦

酒店位置不错，就在大东海，出门走一段路吃的东西很多，离网红张猫猫的店不远，可以走路过去，二十分钟左右。大堂很气派，前台服务人员态度很好，门童会帮忙开车门拿行李。房间也不错，很干净。泳池不大，但是挺干净，有热毛巾提供，带孩子去泳池很赞。好评，以后去还会选择入住的。表演前台小赵，顾问热情，我们办好入住，还安排同事帮忙送行李到房间。

很棒的一次入住。一下车就有小哥哥过来帮忙拎行李。前台办理入住的小哥哥小姐姐也很贴心。最暖心的是办理入住时，前台Rita小姐姐让给我刷预授权，我直接把信用卡给她了，结果没输入密码就刷了，小姐姐立刻提醒我是否当时设置的就是这样，如果不是要尽快联系银行。真的很暖！在大堂等待退房时，还有免费的酸梅汤喝。酒店的早餐特别棒！推荐大家预定含双早的，性价比很高。泳池也很棒。总之哪里都很棒
