预订酒店之后无法再退款，如遇无法成行，则一分钱不退，这个规定太死板不灵活，所以酒店不需要预定的太早，一定要机票，火车票预订成功，成行成功在预定酒店。本想预定，海边的酒店，结果预定成市里的，后当天电话沟通，说不能退。想住几天在退房，住海边酒店结果还是不能退。😭同程客服也及时和酒店沟通可还是无法。不过说实话，这个酒店的，环境和服务不错。有问题一个电话马上解决，客服陈秘影服务不错,不过酒店临近马路所以有点吵。但出行很方便，公交车很多，到各个景点，坐车很方便。离第一海鲜市场很近走十多分钟就到。吃海鲜很方便。酒店还有游泳池健身房。早餐也很丰富。这次旅行总体不错，除了没有住成海景房。稍有遗憾。同程的服务非常不错。订酒店和机票都很方便。只要一个电话吃，住行br什么都解决了。
